What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment information. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe — we never see your card number.

Why we use it

• Process and fulfill your order.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• Comply with tax and shipping requirements in your country.

Who we share it with

We rely on four processors. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and only sees the data needed for their function.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to comply with EU/BR tax regulations. Marketing email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time, removing them from future sends. We never retain card data on our servers — Stripe holds it under PCI-DSS Level 1.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies — your cart contents, your locale preference, and your session if you sign in. No analytics or advertising cookies are set without explicit consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email hello@archimini.store and we will respond within 30 days.
