Lead times and transit.

Production lead time

• Full kits (Interior Essentials, Structural Elements, Service Core) — 8 to 12 business days.
• Add-on packs (chairs, tables, kitchen, etc.) — 3 to 6 business days.
• Production starts within 24 hours of payment confirmation; we email you when the print job begins.

Carriers

We work with carriers that handle architectural-model packaging well. No surface-mail to keep transit predictable.

• Within EU — DHL Express or PostNL Tracked, 2–4 business days.
• United Kingdom — DHL Express, 3–5 business days (post-Brexit customs handled).
• United States and Canada — DHL Express, 4–7 business days.
• Brazil — Correios SEDEX (domestic) or DHL International for non-Brazilian senders, 5–10 business days.
• Rest of world — DHL Worldwide, 5–12 business days depending on region.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — no surprises after payment. Free shipping on orders above €500 within EU and above R$ 2.500 within Brazil.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email when the package leaves our studio. The link surfaces transit events from the carrier in real time.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country's customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

We declare the full purchase value on customs forms — under-declaring is illegal in our jurisdictions and we will not do it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package is delayed beyond the carrier's expected delivery window, email us with the tracking number and we will open an investigation. If it is lost or arrives damaged, we ship a replacement at no cost. See Terms for the full policy.
