How buying from us works.
Plain language version. The full legal text is the same — we just don't like burying it in clauses.
LAST UPDATED · MAY 10, 2026What we sell
ARCHI.MINI ships architectural miniature kits and add-on packs at 1:50 scale. Every product is made-to-order: nothing ships from a warehouse shelf. The piece in your hand was printed for you after your order.
Pricing
Prices are listed in EUR for English-language orders and BRL for Portuguese-language orders. Both prices are fixed in their respective currency — there is no FX conversion at checkout.
VAT, sales tax, and import duties are not included unless stated. Stripe collects EU VAT where applicable; international duties are paid by the recipient at customs.
Payment
We use Stripe for all payments. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA are supported. Your card data goes to Stripe directly — we never see it.
Production timeline
Each kit takes 8–12 business days to print and finish. Add-ons take 3–6 days. We start production within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping is on top of that — see the Shipping page for transit times by region.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel a free of charge until printing starts (within 24 hours of payment). After that, we cannot stop the print job — but you can return the kit under the policy below.
Returns and defects
Defective or damaged-in-transit pieces are replaced free of charge — email hello@archimini.store with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a replacement.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we refund the kit price minus a 15% restocking fee (applied because each kit is made-to-order).
Liability
Our kits are scale models intended for design exploration and reference. They are not toys, not load-bearing, and not safe for children under 14 (small parts). Use them in studio settings.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the kit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal for EU and international orders, and by the laws of Brazil for orders shipped within Brazil.
